GENERAL REFERENCES
Public access to records — See Ch. 46.
No action shall be taken by any Village board or by any Village
official on any application under any provision of the Village Code
unless and until all fees and deposits required for such application
by the Village Code shall have been paid.
Unless otherwise provided in any section of the Village Code,
fees and deposits for any application, permit, license or other permission
from the Village shall be set from time to time by resolution of the
Village Board of Trustees. Such resolution will be voted upon at least
five days after public notice in the Village's official newspaper.[1]
