The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Jackson, Pennsylvania, are
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the joinder agreement attached
hereto, which subjects Jackson Township to the terms and conditions set forth
in the Composite Charter of January 21, 1986. Further, the specific terms,
conditions and provisions of the agreement are made a part hereof.[1]

The conditions, duration and term, purpose and objective, scope and
authority delegated, manner and extent of financing, organizational structure
and manner in which personal property shall be acquired, managed and disposed
of, are set forth in the attached agreement.
