For the protection of the health, morals and welfare of the
children of the Borough of Marcus Hook, it shall be unlawful for any
child or children under the age of 18 years to be on the streets of
the Borough alone or in groups later than 8:00 p.m. of any day and
before 5:00 a.m. of the following day. Except during the days between
the Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays, the curfew shall be extended
to 9:00 p.m. instead of 8:00 p.m.

It shall be unlawful for any parent or parents to permit children
under the age of 18 years to be on the streets of the Borough of Marcus
Hook either alone or in groups after 8:00 p.m. of any day and before
5:00 a.m. of the following day. Except during the days between the
Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays, the curfew shall be extended
to 9:00 p.m. instead of 8:00 p.m.

of Marcus Hook after the hour of 8:00 p.m. of any day and before 5:00
a.m. of the following day. Except during the days between the Memorial
Day and Labor Day holidays, the curfew shall be extended to 9:00 p.m.
instead of 8:00 p.m.

Any parent or parents violating the terms of this chapter and
permitting their child or children to be on the streets of the Borough
of Marcus Hook after 8:00 p.m. of any day and before 5:00 a.m. of
the following day shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable for
each offense by a fine of up to the maximum amount provided from time
to time by state statute. Except during the days between the Memorial
Day and Labor Day holidays, the curfew shall be extended to 9:00 p.m.
instead of 8:00 p.m.
Any child or children violating the terms of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before any District Justice
of Delaware County, be delivered by the said Justice to the juvenile
authorities of the County of Delaware.
