A sworn police officer of the Town of Westwood
is hereby authorized to cite any person who has been found to be operating
or in charge of a motor vehicle who refused or neglected to stop when
signalled to do so by a Traffic Supervisor while in uniform and engaged
in the performance of his/her duties as a school crossing guard within
a school crossing.
