An intergovernmental cooperation agreement for
emergency management services was made on October 24, 2005, by and
between Douglas County and the Village of Superior. Said agreement
is made a part of this chapter by reference as if fully set forth
herein. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the Village
Clerk-Treasurer.
The Emergency Management Director appointed
and employed by Douglas County is hereby designated and appointed
Emergency Management Director of the Village of Superior, subject
to the conditions and provisions set forth in Wisconsin Statutes and
the Douglas County Emergency Management Program.
