A. 
Any and every violation of this chapter, or failure to comply with an order to remedy a violation of this chapter after service thereof, shall constitute the offense of disorderly conduct, and the owner, agent and/or contractor of a building, structure, premises, lot or land, or the occupant, lessee or tenant of a building, structure, premises, lot or land where such violation has been committed, or who otherwise violates said provisions of this chapter, shall be a disorderly person, punishable in accordance with the Penal Law of the State of New York, and in addition, shall be liable to a penalty established by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees. Each day that any such violation continues to exist following the period specified to remedy or correct same shall constitute a separate and distinct violation subject to penalty and fine.
B. 
Any willful interference, neglect or refusal to comply with any valid order of the Village Board issued in connection with the use of water from the Village water system, or issued in connection with the maintenance of the Village water system shall constitute a misdemeanor and, unless specifically provided by law, may be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.
