No manufactured home shall be located within the Town of Coxsackie,
other than in a manufactured home park, or remodeled until an application
for a permit has been filed in the Town Clerk's office and has
been approved by the Code Enforcement Office. Such application shall
be filled out in duplicate on a form supplied by the Town Clerk and
shall be accompanied by two copies of a plot plan, drawn to scale,
showing the dimensions of the parcel of land proposed to be used as
a site, the location of the existing or proposed water supply and
the location of the existing or proposed method for disposing of sewage.
No manufactured home shall be occupied until installations are
complete. No water service shall be turned on until the Building Inspector
has made final inspection and given written approval.
A fee shall be charged for issuing a permit pursuant to this
article, payment to be made at the time the application is filed.
Such fees shall be as set forth by the Town of Coxsackie in the Fee
Schedule.
No manufactured home shall remain anywhere in the Town of Coxsackie,
other than on a permanent site or in a manufactured home park or in
storage, for a period longer than four weeks in any twelve-calendar-month
period. An application for permit for such temporary location shall
be made to the Town Clerk, who shall have authority to issue such
temporary permit without cost to the applicant. Revocation of a temporary
permit may be made by the Town Building Inspector.
