All elected officials of the City of Pawtucket, all officials
appointed under the terms of this Charter by the city council or by
the mayor, and all full-time and part-time employees of the City of
Pawtucket or any quasi-public municipal board, commission or corporation
thereof, shall be subject to the code of ethics of the state, R.I.G.L.
§§ 36-141. et seq., as amended from time to time, and
to the jurisdiction of the Rhode Island Ethics Commission. The provisions
of said code, and the jurisdiction, powers, authority and procedures
of said ethics commission, if in conflict with the provisions of Chapters
2 and 3 of this Article, shall take precedence over the provisions
of said chapters.
