The official newspaper of the Borough for disseminating official
and public intelligence, including all notices, advertisements, publications
and statements required by law, is hereby designated as The Pittsburgh
Post-Gazette. During any interruption of service by The Pittsburgh
Post-Gazette, including any labor dispute involving The Pittsburgh
Post-Gazette which prevents the publication of The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette,
the official newspaper of the Borough for disseminating official and
public intelligence, including all notices, advertisements, publications
and statements required by law, during such nonavailability of The
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, is hereby designated as The Signal Item.
