A. 
Official traffic signs showing the speed limits provided for in this section shall be erected and maintained by the Borough on the respective streets in accordance with the Vehicle Code.
B. 
No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater rate of speed than that posted on the various streets of the Borough. The maximum speed limit permitted is 25 miles per hour, except on certain sections of Greentree Road and McMonagle Avenue where it is 35 miles per hour, as posted, and except as otherwise provided in this section.
C. 
No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater rate of speed than 35 miles per hour on Noblestown Road between the Scott Township line and the intersection of Baldwick Road with Noblestown Road.
D. 
No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater rate of speed than 30 miles per hour on Mansfield Avenue from Poplar Street to Noblestown Road.
E. 
No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater rate of speed than 30 miles per hour on Poplar Street between Rhodes Avenue and Noblestown Road.

F. 
No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater rate of speed than 20 miles per hour on Greenlawn Drive between Orchard Drive and Glencoe Avenue.

G. 
No person shall operate a motor vehicle at greater rate of speed than 20 miles per hour on the entire length of Forest Drive and Robinhood Road.

No passing is permitted at any time on the following streets:
A. 
Poplar Street;
B. 
School Street; and
C. 
Greentree Road, from Potomac Avenue to Greenridge Lane, for northbound traffic.
Whoever violates § 325-29 shall be fined $35 plus $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five miles per hour over the maximum speed limit, for each offense.
