No person shall operate or cause to be operated skateboard devices
upon the following streets or sidewalks of the following areas of
the Borough of High Bridge:

No person shall construct, place or use ramp-like structures
on any portion of publicly owned properties, including but not limited
to public parks, parking lots or lands surrounding public facilities
of any kind.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon
conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $50.
