[Adopted as Art. II of Ch. 8 of the 1967 Code]
Any person shall not carry or convey any dead animal or animals through any of the streets, lanes or alleys of the City in the daytime unless the same are so carried or conveyed on a truck or wagon and covered so that no part of the same is exposed to view.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $250 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days or both.[1]
