A.
No person shall use any part of any street, avenue, alley, public
place or sidewalk within the City of Glens Falls for the purpose of
ice skating, roller skating, coasting with bicycles, sleds, carts
or any other means or apparatus whatsoever or for the purpose of playing
games thereon or as a place to participate in or view any sport, sporting
event or entertainment except in such places as shall from time to
time be authorized by the Common Council.
B.
The Common Council may, by resolution, authorize and direct the Recreation
Commission to grant such authorizations. Authorizations granted by
the Recreation Commission pursuant to such resolution of the Common
Council may be revoked by resolution of the Common Council.[1]
