A. 
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty of $30 for each offense (unless the penalty is specifically noted hereinbelow), and any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute disorderly conduct, and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
B. 
Any violation of § 208-29 of this chapter in regard to handicapped parking provisions shall be punishable as follows:
(1) 
On street violation:
(a) 
First offense: $50.
(b) 
Second offense (occurring within a period of two years): $100.
(2) 
Off street violation:
(a) 
First offense: $50.
(b) 
Second offense (occuring within a period of two years): $100.
C. 
Traffic violations as follows shall be punishable by the following fines:
(1) 
Parking in a no-parking zone, no parking anytime, no parking this side, fire lane, parking less than 15 feet from a hydrant and parking less than 20 feet from a corner $30.
(2) 
Snow removal: $30.
(3) 
All-night parking: $10.
(4) 
Blocking crosswalk: $15.
(5) 
Blocking driveway: $15.
(6) 
Blocking traffic: $20.
(7) 
Blocking sidewalk: $15.
(8) 
Double parking: $20.
(9) 
Overtime parking: $30.

D. 
Any person parking in a designated tow-away zone shall be subject to the penalty of $30 for each offense, together with the cost of towing and storing the vehicle removed from the designated area.
A. 
Except those parts, if any, which are subject to approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, this chapter and any regulations adopted hereunder shall take effect as provided by law.
B. 
Any part of parts of this chapter and any regulations adopted hereunder which are subject to approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York shall take effect from and after the day on which approval, in writing, is received from the New York State Department of Transportation.
If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision of this chapter shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such adjudication shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered.
All prior ordinances, regulations and rules, or parts thereof, of this City regulating traffic and parking are hereby repealed, except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation of any ordinance, regulation or rule hereby repealed prior to the taking effect of this chapter.
