The Medford Lakes Borough Council hereby creates the position
of Borough Engineer/Director of Public Works/Wastewater.[1]

Editor's Note: The ordinance clause of this ordinance states:
"the Borough Engineer will be primarily responsible for in-house value
engineering and will act as the Director of Public Works and Wastewaster.
It shall be the duty of the Borough Engineer to perform all
functions and duties as detailed in the applicable job description
to be included in the Medford Lakes Borough Personnel Policies and
Procedures Manual.
