amendments noted where applicable.]
For the safety and protection of the people of Upper Moreland
Township it shall be unlawful for any persons or person to fumigate
any dwelling or other structure in the Township of Upper Moreland
without displaying conspicuously on the outside of said dwelling or
structure notice and warning of such fumigation, and such notice shall
be posted before fumigation is commenced and shall remain until completed.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall
be liable to a fine, for each violation, of not less than $100 nor
more than $1,000 or, in the default of payment of such fine, shall
be imprisoned for a period not exceeding 30 days.
