The Zoning Board of Appeals may from time to time amend any
part or parts of these rules and regulations by an affirmative vote
of not fewer than four members, provided that such amendment is presented
in writing at a regular or special meeting preceding the meeting at
which the vote is taken, and provided that such amendment shall not
be in conflict with MGL C. 40A.
