§ 52-1 County Commissioners.

Each County Commissioner shall receive as full compensation for all of his/her services the following, all of which said salaries are to be payable in accordance with usual payroll procedures of the County:
A. 
From January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019:
(1) 
President of the Board of County Commissioners: $34,265 per annum;
(2) 
Member of the Board of County Commissioners: $33,139 per annum.
B. 
From January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020:
(1) 
President of the Board of County Commissioners: $34,765 per annum;
(2) 
Member of the Board of County Commissioners: $33,639 per annum.
C. 
From January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021:
(1) 
President of the Board of County Commissioners: $35,265 per annum;
(2) 
Member of the Board of County Commissioners: $34,139 per annum.
D. 
From January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022:
(1) 
President of the Board of County Commissioners: $35,765 per annum;
(2) 
Member of the Board of County Commissioners: $34,639 per annum.

§ 52-2 Board of Education.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 24, § 12-101 et seq., and § 3-203 of the Education Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, each member of the Board of Education of Allegany County shall receive as full compensation for all of his/her services the following, all of which said salaries are to be payable in accordance with usual payroll procedures of the Board of Education:
A. 
From January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2022:
(1) 
President of the Board of Education: $7,428 per annum;
(2) 
Member of the Board of Education: $6,077 per annum.

§ 52-3 Board of License Commissioners.

Pursuant to the provisions of Alcoholic Beverages Article, § 9-204(a) of the Annotated Code of Maryland, each member of the Board of License Commissioners shall receive as full compensation for all of his/her services the following:
A. 
From January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2022:
(1) 
President of the Board of License Commissioners: $5,852 per annum;
(2) 
Member of the Board of License Commissioners: $5,200 per annum.

§ 52-4 Board of Elections.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Registration and Election Laws of Maryland, § 2-204,[1] each member of the Board of Elections shall receive as full compensation for all of his/her services the following:
A. 
From January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019: $4,173 per annum.
B. 
From January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020: $4,298 per annum.
C. 
From January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021: $4,427 per annum.
D. 
From January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022: $4,560 per annum.

§ 52-5 Judges of the Orphans' Court.

A. 
Pursuant to the provisions of § 2-108(b) of the Estates and Trusts Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, each Judge of the Orphans' Court shall receive as full compensation for all of his/her services the following:
(1) 
From January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019:
(a) 
Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court: $6,469 per annum;
(b) 
Associate Judge of the Orphans' Court: $6,132 per annum.
(2) 
From January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020:
(a) 
Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court: $6,663 per annum;
(b) 
Associate Judge of the Orphans' Court: $6,316 per annum.
(3) 
From January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021:
(a) 
Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court: $6,863 per annum;
(b) 
Associate Judge of the Orphans' Court: $6,505 per annum.
(4) 
From January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022:
(a) 
Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court: $7,069 per annum;
(b) 
Associate Judge of the Orphans' Court: $6,700 per annum.
B. 
Notwithstanding anything contained above to the contrary, each current Judge of the Orphans' Court shall continue to receive the current annual compensation for the balance of his or her respective term until a successor is elected and duly qualified.

§ 52-6 Sheriff of Allegany County.

A. 
Pursuant to the provisions of § 2-309(b) of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the Sheriff shall receive as full compensation for all of his/her services the following, all of which said salaries are to be payable in accordance with usual payroll procedures of the County:
(1) 
From January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019: $85,000 per annum;
(2) 
From January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020: $90,000 per annum;
(3) 
From January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021: $95,000 per annum;
(4) 
From January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022: $100,000 per annum.
B. 
The annual salary of the Sheriff shall remain at the rate provided for in Code Home Rule Bill 1-13 until January 1, 2019.[1]
