The Allegany County Board of Elections shall file with the County
Clerk for Allegany County a true copy of the map and description of
precincts prepared in accordance with the provisions of § 2-303
of the Election Law of the Annotated Code of Maryland or such similar
law as may hereinafter be enacted by the Legislature.
The Allegany County Board of Election shall provide to the County
Clerk for Allegany County a copy of each resolution adopted by said
Board with respect to each election district and precinct thereof
in Allegany County.
