A subdivision plat, consolidation plat or land development plan,
approved in accordance with this chapter, shall be required for:
A. Any land development, as defined by this chapter, other than those excluded by §
206-9 of this chapter;
B. Any subdivision, as defined by this chapter;
C. The consolidation, resubdivision or replatting, as defined by this
chapter, of two or more lots, tracts or parcels of land for the purpose
of development or transfer of ownership; or
D. Any development in which the developer proposes or intends to construct
streets or any other public improvement to be dedicated to the Township
for public use.
