§ 1-211 Position Established.

There is hereby created, effective January 1, 2011, the position of Parking Enforcement Officer.

§ 1-212 Duties.

The duties of the said Parking Enforcement Officer shall be to issue, in conformity with law, parking tickets and citations for the violation of Borough of Phoenixville ordinances, codes of ordinances, resolutions and rules and regulations pertaining to parking in metered and unmetered parking spaces in on-street and off-street parking areas.

§ 1-213 Borough Manager's Power.

The power to hire, fire and supervise the person acting as Parking Enforcement Officer shall be and is hereby vested in the Borough Manager of the Borough of Phoenixville.
