A. 
No person shall throw, deposit, dump, keep, accumulate or permit to remain upon public or private property any garbage, bottles, cans, paper, rubbish, wire, glass, cardboard, wood, cartons, boxes or other similar rubbish material except in leakproof containers provided with a tight-fitting lid or cover.
B. 
No person shall dump, place or deposit any loose papers, rubbish or waste matter in or upon any public highway of the Township.
C. 
No person shall dump, place or deposit any papers, rubbish, ashes, empty cans or other trash or garbage on any private property in the Township.

D. 
No person shall burn any rubbish or waste material within the Township.

A. 
No person shall place any wastepaper, rubbish, ashes or other waste material on any sidewalk or in or at the side of any public street or highway in the Township unless the same is placed there temporarily for collection and disposal by either the Township or its agent or contractor or for collection by a private contractor engaged to collect such material by the owner or occupant of the premises in front of which the material is placed, and unless all ashes are placed in a separate container and unless all solid waste and recyclables are separated and placed in containers as required by the Township.

B. 
For purposes of this section, all containers and/or separate containers shall be equipped with and effectively sealed by a lid or other suitable device so as to prevent and prohibit the contents thereof from leaving the confines of the same.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, shall be imprisoned for a term not exceeding 30 days.
