Editor's Note: This article was derived from L.L. No. 10-1991,
adopted 10-16-1991.
No gas meter shall be set by any gas company until a certificate
is filed with it from the Department of Building and Code Enforcement
certifying that the gas pipes and fixtures comply with the New York
State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and any other applicable
laws, rules or regulations. In any event, no more than one gas meter
shall be permitted to be installed in a one-family dwelling.
