[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Poestenkill 1-3-1980 (Ch. 25 of the 1986 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
In accordance with the Open Meetings Law,[1] the following locations shall be and hereby are designated as the public location or locations for posting notices of meetings of public bodies of the Town of Poestenkill:
A. 
The signboard maintained by the Town Clerk in accordance with Subdivision 6 of § 30 of the Town Law of the State of New York, located inside the main entrance door of the Poestenkill Town Hall.

Notices of meetings may, but need not, be posted in any other location or locations where such notices are likely to be seen and read by the general public.
Notice of the time and place of a meeting given in accordance with the Public Officers Law shall also be conspicuously posted on the Town website.
