Any person violating any of the provisions of the Rules and
Regulations Governing Secondhand Dealers, upon conviction thereof,
is punishable for each offense by a fine of up to the maximum amount
provided from time to time by state statute.
Any person who violates any provisions of the Rules and Regulations Governing Secondhand Dealers, in addition to the fine prescribed by § 165-14, shall have his permit revoked at the discretion of the Borough Manager.
