Editor's Note: This resolution was vetoed by the County Executive
12-28-2011, which veto was overridden by the County Legislature 12-30-2011.
Upon request of an authorized person, the Police Department
shall provide a letter of good conduct upon payment of $20 by the
requesting party for each letter.
The Police Department shall charge a fee of $10 for each individual
fingerprinting request.
