Borough of Irwin, PA Article II Tax Certification Fees

§ 55-2 Appointment to provide service and charge fee.

Effective with the date of this article, the Borough Council of the Borough of Irwin appoints the locally elected Tax Collector, his/her predecessor or successor, as the agent authorized to provide and issue real estate tax certification upon request by the real estate property owner or his authorized agent and hereby authorizes said Tax Collector to assess, collect and retain, as compensation for providing said tax certification service. Said fees shall be as set forth in § 55-3.

§ 55-3 Fees set by resolution.

Council may from time to time revise said fees by resolution.
