[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of East

The Town hereby creates a Board of Finance in accordance with
C.G.S. Chapter 112 and § 9-202, as amended. All will serve
without compensation.
[Adopted 2-16-1977 (Ch. V, Art. 3, of the 1975 Code)]
The Board of Finance is hereby authorized to appoint two alternates
to its Board. Said appointments are to be for a three-year term in
accordance with C.G.S. § 7-340a.
