There shall be a Board of Assessment Commissioners composed
of three residents of the Township who shall be appointed by the Mayor
with the advice and consent of the Council.
The members of the Board of Assessment Commissioners shall levy
assessments against property owners who shall benefit from improvements
made by the installation of curbs, sidewalks and water main installations.
