No person shall park any vehicle upon a street, other than an
alley, in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available
less than ten (10) feet of the width of the roadway for free movement
of vehicular traffic.
No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in such a manner
or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten (10)
feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular
traffic, and no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within
an alley in such position as to block the driveway entrance to any
abutting property.
The City Traffic Engineer is authorized to erect signs upon
the left-hand side of any one-way street to prohibit the standing
or parking of vehicles, and when such signs are in place, no person
shall stand or park a vehicle upon such left-hand side in violation
of any such sign.
In the event a highway includes two (2) or more separate roadways
and traffic is restricted to one (1) direction upon any such roadway,
no person shall stand or park a vehicle upon the left-hand side of
such one-way roadway unless signs are erected to permit such standing
or parking. The City Traffic Engineer is authorized to determine when
standing or parking may be permitted upon the left-hand side of any
such one-way roadway and to erect signs giving notice thereof.

A. It shall
be unlawful to park, store or garage, or permit the parking, storing
or garaging on any premise in the City except on premises in the "E"
Industrial Districts as such districts are established by the zoning
ordinance of the City, the following type of vehicles:
1. Any
vehicle used for collecting, hauling or transporting garbage, rubbish,
refuse or other waste materials or matter.
2. Any
vehicles designed and used for transporting, hauling, processing or
pouring bituminous mixture or tar.
3. Any
vehicles designed or used to transport inflammable materials, acids,
anhydrous materials and such other vehicles designed and used to carry
materials that could be dangerous to persons or property.
4. Any
truck or commercial vehicle which is either fully or partially loaded
with trash, debris or any other unsightly cargo which is visible from
the street.

A. The following
uses of gasoline filling stations and motor vehicle service station
premises are prohibited:
1. To use
the driveways and parking areas between the building and the street
for any purposes other than ingress and egress to and from such stations
and the temporary parking of motor vehicles for servicing.
2. To park
or store or permit the parking or storing of any truck or trailer,
or combination thereof, in front of the building on the side street
of a building on a corner lot unless such vehicle being serviced is
temporarily disabled, or is owned by the licensee of the premises
or the licensee is the leasing or renting agent thereof.
3. The
overnight storage of any commonly owned fleet or group of commercial
vehicles for any reason other than mechanical repair or vehicles for
rent or lease by a properly licensed proprietor.
