Editor's Note: Former provisions allowing bingo on Sundays
were originally adopted 2-9-1967 by Ord. No. MC-338.
Upon proper application and approval by the City Council, it
shall be lawful for any organization or association which is duly
authorized under the Bingo Licensing Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq.)
to conduct, hold and operate games of chance, commonly known and described
in said law as "bingo," on Sunday. In accordance with said Bingo Licensing
Law (N.J.S.A. 5:8-31), appropriate provisions showing such authority
shall be made in the license.
