Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, every vehicle
stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall
be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle
parallel to and within eighteen (18) inches of the right-hand curb.
On those streets which have been signed or marked by the City
Traffic Engineer for angle parking, no person shall park or stand
a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway
indicated by such signs or markings.

No person shall park a vehicle on any street in the Central
Business District for a period longer than two (2) nights or forty-eight
(48) hours in succession.

No person shall park a vehicle on any street at any place other
than the Central Business District for a period of longer than three
(3) nights or seventy-two (72) hours in succession.

In areas where diagonal parking is permitted, all vehicles (excluding
motorcycles and motorbikes) must observe head-in parking, unless said
vehicle is being parked for purposes of loading or unloading merchandise
or equipment.
