In accordance with Section 355.100, the following locations
within the City of Winchester are hereby designated as Handicapped
Parking Spaces and no person shall park a vehicle therein unless the
provisions of Section 355.100 are complied with:

City Hall — Area to extend south of the
building twelve (12) feet with a sign and logo indicating handicapped
parking area.
|
|
City Park — Two (2) parking spaces on
the northeast end of the parking lot adjacent to the multi-purpose
area, with a sign and/or logo indicating handicapped parking area.
|
|
Public Parking Lots — As designated by
sign and/or logo.
