A.
GAS STATION
Definition. As used in this Section, the following term
shall have this prescribed meaning:
Any person or entity engaged in the retail sale of gasoline
in any form.
B.
All
persons or entities owning a gas station within the City of Pine Lawn,
Missouri, who cease to operate said gas station, shall within sixty
(60) days of terminating its operation cause to be removed any in-ground
gas containers/tanks situated on the property of the business.
C.
Any
person violating any provisions of this Section shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of up to one thousand dollars
($1,000.00) and/or imprisonment of up to ninety (90) days.
D.
This
Section shall in no way effect or negate any requirements set by State
and Federal laws for the removal of in-ground gas containers.

The City of Pine Lawn, Missouri, shall limit the issuance of
business licenses for auto sales to three (3) within the City at any
given time.
