A.
It is the policy of the City of Cottleville to attempt to recover
the costs incurred by the City in providing certain park and recreation
services and facilities.
B.
The City shall collect a fee for the reservation of a pavilion, at
the rate set forth by the Board of Aldermen. The Board of Aldermen
may charge a lower fee for residents than non-residents.
