The Public and Educational PE Uses District is to provide for
the establishment of a zone for existing and future public and educational
uses. The district includes educational uses such as schools. The
district also includes public uses such as parks, playgrounds, and
cemeteries.

are as follows:

The height of a principal building shall not exceed 30 feet.
Unless otherwise specified herein, lot area, lot width and impervious
coverage requirements of the following dimensions shall be provided
for each structure or use hereafter erected, established or altered
for any use permitted within this district:
The following setback regulations apply to all uses permitted
within this district otherwise specified herein involving a structure.
Off-street parking and access shall be provided in accordance with Article XVI herein and the Bradford County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, as amended.
