Authorizing and approving a lease termination agreement to be
dated as of April 1, 1991, between this Township, as lessee, and Northwestern
Lancaster County Authority, as lessor, with respect to an agreement
of lease, dated as of May 15, 1975, between this Township, as lessee,
and such authority, as lessor, with respect to thee sewer system and
water system of such authority leased to this Township for operation
and use, such lease termination agreement being entered into for the
purpose of terminating such agreement of lease; (2) authorizing and
approving a new agreement of lease, to be dated as of April 1, 1991,
between this Township, as lessee, and such authority, as lessor, with
respect to such sewer system to be leased to this township for operation
and use; and (3) authorizing and approving an agreement of lease,
to be dated as of April 1, 1991, between this Township, as Lessee,
and such authority, as lessor, with respect to such water system to
be leased to this Township for operation and use; and authorizing
and directing other necessary and proper action
