A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to cause water to be discharged, directed, transferred or otherwise moved from any lot to or upon any other lot unless the owner thereof consents prior thereto in writing.
B. 
It shall not be unlawful to discharge, direct, transfer or otherwise move water from one lot directly into the public streets of the Township, provided that the flow thereof is not so great as to cause the storm sewers to back up upon such public streets.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in § 1-1 of Chapter 1, General Provisions. Each day that a violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
