The compensation of the Tax Collector of North Lebanon Township
shall be set and amended from time to time by a resolution of the
Board of Supervisors, in accordance with the provisions of the Local
Tax Collection Law, 72 P.S. § 5511.1 et seq.

The North Lebanon Township Tax Collector, or the appointee to
collect the real estate taxes of North Lebanon Township, shall be
authorized and directed to act as collector of delinquent real estate
taxes for property within North Lebanon Township for the period of
time between the end of the final tax payment due date for the tax
year and before turning over the delinquent real estate taxes to the
County Tax Claim Bureau for collection.
