No dwelling shall contain an aggregate of more than six dogs, cats or other domestic animals authorized by this chapter unless it is authorized as a kennel pursuant to the provisions set forth at Chapter 300 of the Gloversville City Code.
Any person violating any provision of this article may be punishable
by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250 or by imprisonment
for a period not exceeding 15 days, or both.
