All articles of this chapter shall apply in all incorporated
areas of the Village of Churchville and tributaries thereof. Town
of Riga sewer district users and users outside of the Village of Churchville
may be subject to Town of Riga ordinances, fees, inspections and requirements
not incorporated in this chapter. The Village of Churchville reserves
final judgment and interpretation as to the use and applicability
of this chapter.
