Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-31,
licenses may be issued for the holding, operation and conducting of
certain games of chance within the Township of Union, in the County
of Union, on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated
as "Sunday."

The Municipal Clerk is hereby delegated the
authority to act as the issuing authority to approve the granting
of raffle and bingo licenses.
