The Village of Greenville, Outagamie County, Wisconsin is a
body corporate and politic with the powers of a municipality at common
law and governed by the provisions of Chapters 61 and 66 of the Wisconsin
Statutes, laws amending those chapters, other acts of the legislature
and the Constitution of the State of Wisconsin.
The annual Village organizational meeting shall be held at the
Village Board meeting following the fourth Monday of April of each
year at the Village Hall unless changed by a majority vote of all
the members of the Village Board.
The voting polls in the Village of Greenville, Outagamie County,
Wisconsin, shall be opened from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for all elections.
The Trustees of the Village of Greenville shall constitute the
Village Board. The Village Board shall be vested with all the powers
of the Village not specifically given to some other officer, as well
as those powers set forth throughout this Code.
The compensation for the Village Trustees and Village President
shall be determined pursuant to § 61.193, Wis. Stats.
