A. 
The Township Engineer or his assignee shall inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities. The permittee or authorized representative(s) must contact the Township Engineer at least 24 hours prior to commencing installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities, to schedule inspections. Installation of permanent stormwater management facilities without proper notification and inspection by the Township Engineer is a violation of this section and may result in the work being uncovered to permit inspection prior to release of the performance guarantee specified in § 26-161.
B. 
During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines that temporary or permanent erosion and sedimentation control or stormwater management BMPs are not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan and this Part, the Township shall revoke any existing permits until such facilities are correctly installed, or a revised stormwater management plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this Part.

During construction, duly authorized representatives of the Township may enter at reasonable times upon any property within the Township to inspect the implementation, condition, or operation and maintenance of the stormwater BMPs to investigate if construction activity is in compliance with this Part.
B. 
BMP owners and operators shall allow persons working on behalf of the Township ready access to all parts of the premises for the purposes of determining compliance with this Part.
C. 
Persons working on behalf of the Township shall have the right to temporarily locate on any BMP in the Township such devices as are necessary to conduct monitoring and/or sampling of the facility's stormwater discharge.
D. 
Unreasonable delays in allowing the Director access to a BMP is a violation of this Part.
