Town of Bridgeville, DE Article III Contract for Elections

§ 17-16 Contract with Department of Elections.

A. At least 60 days prior to the date of the election, the Town shall contract with the Delaware Department of Elections for Sussex County to conduct an election to elect members of the Town's government.

B. The Town shall use the State's voter registration system as a basis of permitting a person to vote in Town elections.
