Except where another procedure for appeal is
provided in this chapter, any determination of the Building Inspector
made pursuant to this chapter may be appealed to the Board of Appeals.
Such appeal shall be taken by written application, pursuant to the
rules of said Board, made within 60 days after the date of the determination
from which the appeal is taken.[1]
