A.
The Planning Board heretofore established shall be
continued and shall have all of the powers and duties provided by
the Village Law and the Nassau County Charter (Chapter 879 of the
Laws of 1936, as amended) and any other general or special statutes,
ordinances, rules and regulations now or hereafter in force.
B.
Section 7-718, Subdivisions 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8, of the
Village Law of the State of New York are hereby repealed in their
application to the Village of Great Neck Estates, effective July 1,
1993.

C.
The Mayor and Trustees of the Village of Great Neck
Estates shall constitute the Planning Board of the Village of Great
Neck Estates.
