(Ch. 1, Part 3, § 1-301 of the 2003 Code)
The compensation of all Township Supervisors of Springettsbury Township,
elected or appointed, after the adoption of this article may be the maximum
amount permitted as the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
may, from time to time, determine, except as restricted by the provisions
of § 606 of the Second Class Township Code, as amended.[1] Compensation shall be paid in monthly or quarterly installments.
