It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage in any municipally operated parking lot within the corporate limits of the Town of Selbyville.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, drop or deposit upon any municipally operated parking lot within the corporate limits of the Town of Selbyville any glass, bottle, nails, tacks, wires, cans, paper or any other substance.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or allow to stand any automobile owned or operated by him upon any municipally operated parking lot within the corporate limits of the Town of Selbyville between the hours of 1:00 a.m., prevailing time, until 8:00 a.m., prevailing time, on the same day.
Any person violating any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100, or be imprisoned for a term of not more than 10 days, or both, and shall pay the costs of prosecution, including Town Attorney fees and Victim's Compensation Fund assessment.

In addition to any other penalty provided for herein, upon a violation of § 120-3 of this chapter, the police authority shall take the motor vehicle into custody and remove such motor vehicle or cause it to be removed and stored in a suitable place for safekeeping at the expense of the owner or operator of such motor vehicle. Within 72 hours of the removal of a motor vehicle and if the said motor vehicle has not been reclaimed, the police authority shall cause a written notice to be mailed to the registered owner of said motor vehicle so removed and any lienholder stating the following:
A. 
That the motor vehicle has been removed pursuant to this chapter.
B. 
The place to which it has been removed.
C. 
That the motor vehicle may be sold to satisfy the costs of removal and storage of the vehicle unless the costs of such removal and storage have been paid in full on or before 30 days from the date of the removal of the said motor vehicle.
