[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to allow snow to remain on the sidewalks of the Town of Selbyville after snowing has ceased for more than six daylight hours.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $5 and costs, including Town Attorney fees, Victim's Compensation Fund assessment and the cost of any removal so ordered by the Mayor and Council. For the purposes of this article each day or part thereof that violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
This article refers to all sidewalks abutting all property within the limits of the town and applies to owners of said property and/or tenants occupying said property; furthermore, this article refers, for purposes of citation for nonconformance, to each parcel so owned or occupied as a separate violation.
